Track record
Built. Consented. Sold.
What Yeats has delivered before the platforms existed, and the first park built under one of them. Every named scheme links to its case study. The pipeline behind them is shared under NDA.
Consented and sold
Value created at the planning stage.
- Greenwich — The O2→Hotels300-bed hotel — site assembled, designed and consented by Yeats, then sold to a Kuwaiti family office; now trading as a Travelodge
- Streatham→Hotels117-bed hotel — planning consent secured
- 113–121 Brighton Road, Surbiton→Residential41 homes — full application submitted, pending determination
Hotels and residential are where Yeats learned the trade: assemble the land, carry the planning risk, and either build or sell the consented scheme. The platforms apply the same discipline to storage, parks, powered buildings and distressed assets.
