The platforms

Brands built on land, not schemes sold on.

Three operating brands, each with its own identity, customers and specification. The land is bought by Yeats; the income is earned by the brand; the value compounds in both. Yeats Restart, the group's special-situations arm, buys the stalled and broken buildings the three can take on.

The platforms

Buy the land. Build the brand. Keep both.

Each platform is a brand we own outright, with its own identity and its own customers, built on land the group buys. The buildings are the balance sheet; the brands are the compounding asset. Yeats Restart, the group's special-situations arm, feeds them the stalled and broken buildings nobody else can finish.

01 · Self storage

Boxroom®

Box it. Drop it. Done.

Boxroom is the Yeats self-storage brand: a consumer brand in a category that has never had one. Purpose-built stores on roads people drive every day, designed and run to our own specification from the first day of trading. The building is the billboard; the product is one people can name.

02 · Industrial & parks

Your own unit. Finished, powered, ready.

Works plans, builds and runs industrial and business parks to one specification under one brand. Engine Works in Margate is the first: the former Cummins engine factory rebuilt as 59 units for the trades, makers, logistics firms and growing businesses of East Kent, with its own brand, its own lead engine and its own occupier community.

03 · Powered buildings

Yeats Edge

Yeats owns and powers the building. The operator brings the compute.

AI is moving from training in a few remote campuses to inference everywhere a model is used, and inference wants to sit near people. Britain cannot connect new load at that scale this decade. Thousands of buildings are already wired for loads they no longer draw. Yeats Edge buys them, proves the power, and leases them to the operators who run the compute.

Finda building already connected for a load it no longer draws: contact centres, exchanges, print works, process buildings

Provethe capacity, with the network operator's letter on file, not an estimate; every figure labelled confirmed, indicated or assumed

Securethe site and the supply together, with the enabling works done by Yeats

Leaseto the operator on an operator-pays lease; Yeats holds the land and the power

Sites, capacities and counterparties are shared under NDA
