Managing Director
Founded Yeats after years across retail, shop fitting and construction — an understanding of the industry built from the ground up. That hands-on background sets how Yeats operates: close attention to cost, a practical approach to delivery, and the accountable line on every decision.
Olga
Portfolio & operations
Leads sales, marketing and the day-to-day running of the portfolio. Once a scheme reaches the market she takes it on — onboarding tenants and running the parks, so occupiers deal with the same team that built the site.
Niall Lawlor
Director · New York
Based in New York, Niall leads the group's North American relationships: the operators and capital partners behind Yeats Edge, and Yeats's conversations with US investors. He has worked alongside John since 2021, from the Greenwich hotel through Engine Works, and speaks for the group on Engine Works in the press.

Founder of Aldgate Developments and Echelon Data Centres. Co-invests through Nimol at the deal level across the active pipeline, including Engine Works Park.
