Greenwich — The O2

A landmark 300-bed hotel beside one of the world's most visited entertainment venues.

Yeats assembled the site, designed the scheme and secured planning consent for an 18-storey, 300-bed hotel on Greenwich Peninsula, adjacent to The O2 — then sold the consented scheme to a Kuwaiti family office. The hotel is built and trades today as a Travelodge.

From fragmented land to consented landmark — and a clean exit.

The site sits on Greenwich Peninsula, directly adjacent to The O2 — one of the world's most visited entertainment venues — with the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site and the Docklands office market on its doorstep. Yeats assembled the complex urban site, designed the scheme and navigated it through planning to a full consent for 300 keys over 18 storeys, with ground-floor retail to activate the street.

The consented scheme was sold to a Kuwaiti family office, which built the hotel out. It trades today as a 300-bed Travelodge — the consented value Yeats created, validated by international capital and a national operator.

Greenwich is the clearest expression of the Yeats model at hospitality scale: unlock the land, design what the market needs, secure the consent, and give capital a clean route in. Alongside the consented 117-bed Streatham scheme, it anchors the hotels track record.
