The published data series we trust, and how we read them.
We run our underwriting against published, attributable data series — never against our own deal-flow proxies. The discipline of starting with the same data the market has access to, and looking for what is mispriced rather than what we want to be true.
The series we lean on most heavily today are the SSA UK self-storage benchmarks, BCIS for construction costs, regional planning consents data, and Land Registry transaction prices.
Charts and downloadable extracts of the data we publish quarterly will appear here. Until then, the quarterly sector views include the data inline.
