As part of plans designed to provide a better living and working solution for those in the rental market in Surbiton, Yeats have submitted a new planning application to build 22 residential apartments.
Located within a close proximity of Surbiton town centre, the proposed scheme intends to replace an industrial development with a contemporary new building which comprises of residential apartments, with five allocated as Affordable Housing and a commercial space.
