300-bed Hotel @ The O2

Yeats assembled the land, led the concept design, and secured planning consent for a landmark 300-bed hotel on Greenwich Peninsula, directly adjacent to The O2 — one of the world’s most visited entertainment venues.

The 18-storey consented scheme includes ground-floor retail to activate the street frontage and capitalise on the high footfall generated by The O2 and the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site. The hotel addresses significant unmet demand for quality accommodation in the Greenwich and Docklands corridor.

Architecturally, the building uses varied cladding depths, tones, and textures to create visual interest and break down the massing at scale. The design responds to both the contemporary character of Greenwich Peninsula and the heritage sensitivity of the wider area.

The project demonstrates Yeats’s capability in larger-scale hospitality: assembling complex urban sites, developing commercially viable hotel concepts, and navigating the planning process to deliver a consented, development-ready opportunity.
